Proactive Disclosure Requirements
Under Section 4, a public body must proactively publish 13 core categories of information, which include organizational particulars, powers and functions of staff, operational norms, legal instruments, categories of held information, and decision-making processes. Additional mandatory disclosures cover employee directories with remuneration details, budget allocations and expenditures, subsidies, granted concessions or permits, public access facilities, Public Information Officer (PIO) contact details, and any further information gazetted by the Government.
